Website terms

• This website is run by Merzy Agencies CC t/a Vrentals. Using it means you accept these terms.
• Information on the site (cars, offers, availability) is a guide and may change. A car shown as available still has to be confirmed by a consultant. Prices apply only when shown on the site by our team or quoted to you in writing, and only for the dates stated.
• Sending an application or booking request is not a contract. A rent-to-own or rental agreement exists only once both sides have signed it; its terms then apply.
• Application fees, booking deposits and auction deposits paid online are processed by PayFast. Refund rules are explained before you pay; auction deposits of unsuccessful bidders are refunded.
• Auctions: bids are binding offers to buy at that price, subject to the reserve and to our approval of the sale. Rules are on each auction page.
• The chat assistant gives general answers and can make mistakes; a consultant confirms anything that matters. It never quotes prices.
• Do not misuse the site (automated requests, false documents, someone else's details). We may block access that looks like misuse.
• South African law applies.
